The Production

  • This is a full production and a fun show! The show will begin with an opening production number and will include the introduction of each contestant to the audience.

  • This is the second phase of official competition- every contestant will be judged for Evening Gown and Swimsuit scores. The first phase of competition, Personal Interview, will be completed earlier in the day. The semi-finalists will be announced after evening gown and swimsuit. Each of the semi-finalists will then be presented with an identical on-stage question. Special awards will then be presented with crowning to follow.  

  •  This is a ticketed event and open to the public. Invite your family and friends to cheer for you.

  • All contestants are required to pre-purchase 10 tickets @$35 each. (two kid tickets = one adult)  

  • Tickets may be purchased at the door, Adult $45, Children,$25.  Door ticket sales do not count towards your 10 required sales. Cash and CC are only forms of payment accepted at the pageant.  

  • Hair/Makeup artists are not required, but we do suggest you consider the money and time you have invested into this competition. Not only do they provide you a time saving service, but they also give you a “safe place” to unwind and release some of your concerns, plus they make you look amazing! Our official HMU team and sponsor is Team KMC.

Rules

  • Do not leave the hotel or theater during the days of the pageant activities. There may be schedule changes at any time.

  • No member of your family or friends will be allowed backstage or in the dressing rooms during any of the pageant events. If you would like a hair or makeup person backstage, you can purchase a backstage pass for $50. Due to space, only one person per contestant is allowed. Backstage passes are for one contestant only. If a makeup artist works on two contestants, they will need 2 passes. Male artists are not allowed in the dressing area,.

  • If, by chance, you meet a judge outside of competition events, just say “hello” and be polite. Any lengthy conversation outside of judging time (during the interview phase) is not fair to other contestants. No member of your family or friends should approach or speak to a judge.

  • Any misconduct, non-observance of rules or disrespect by a contestant, as determined by the pageant officials, is grounds for immediate dismissal from the pageant. All rulings by the pageant officials are final with no refunds of entry, advertising fees or ticket orders.

  • You all are winners, but only one of you can win the crown. We expect you to act like a winner throughout all pageant activities, with respect to the pageant, its staff, and most of all, your family and yourself.

  • Remember that it is a long-standing pageant policy that no refunds will be made for entry fees, advertising fees or ticket orders.

  • No Photos or videos are allowed at the pageant. This includes cell phones. Please inform your supporters of this; they will be asked to leave the venue if seen filming.

  • We DO NOT accept checks at the pageant. CASH or credit cards only.

  • No husbands/males allowed backstage, only the person who you purchased a backstage pass for may enter.   

  • You may bring small snacks to keep in your dressing area.  Just remember space is limited, please respect this. NO ALCOHOL backstage, you need to be AT YOUR BEST.
